CMDyX Description

CMDyX is an Automator workflow file which aims to extend the cut and paste functionality in MacOS X for the Finder.CMDyX contains two parts - the first one marks the files as source and the second one moves the marked files to a destination folder.Specifically:· part A gets the current finder selection and saves the file/folder paths to a temporary file (~/Library/Caches/de.relikd.cmd-x.tmp)· part B will read that file and perform a “mv” command for each item. Destination is the current open frontmost Finder window.
