Blitz++ Description
C++ library for scientific computing Blitz++ is a C++ class library for scientific computing which provides performance on par with Fortran 77/90. Blitz++ uses template techniques to achieve high performance. Blitz++ provides random number generators, dense arrays and vectors, and small vectors and matrices.NOTE: Blitz++ is licensed and distributed under the terms of the Artistic License.
