Sends email reminders to people invited to a meeting planned in iCal. AttendeesAlerter periodically checks your iCal's calendars and sends reminders. Here are some key features of "AttendeesAlerter": AttendeesAlerter let you send email reminders to people invited to meeting planned in iCal: · Every 30 minutes AttendeesAlerter checks your iCal's calendars searching for appointments with guests (events with attendees). · When an appointment with guests is found an email is sent to every invited guest. · An email is sent only once, your guests will not receive annoying and repeating emails. AttendeesAlerter allows the configuration of: · Which iCal calendars will be searched for guests to be alerted. · Sender, subject and content of the emails sent to guests. · You may also set when will emails be sent (the number of days in advance on the meeting).
