AssignExpress is a free, open-source decision support system tool that uses the Hungarian Method for solving a fundamental combinatorial optimization problem - the Assignment Problem. As Wikipedia suggests, the Assignment Problem "is one of the fundamental combinatorial optimization problems in the branch of optimization or operations research in mathematics. It consists of finding a maximum weight matching in a weighted bipartite graph." AssignExpress is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
