Amazon Cloud Player is a cross-platform desktop application that provides an intuitive user interface to play, manage, download and purchase music from Amazon Cloud and from your local disk. Amazon Cloud Player makes it easy to shop for music in the Store panel. Note that you must update your billing information before being able to your Cloud library. From the Computer tab of the main window, you can access your local music and view them according to playlists, artists, albums, songs and genres. You can also create new playlists by dragging MP3 songs to the Sidebar, a pane which opens on the right of the main window. When launching Amazon Cloud Player for the first time, all the music from your iTunes library will be instantly displayed. What’s more, Amazon Cloud Player keeps your music database up-to-date every time you make a change. Amazon Cloud Player also includes a feature to export your Amazon MP3 purchases to your iTunes library automatically. Another important function is the integrated search system. You can use the search bar at the top of the main window to instantly search your music or find tracks from your Amazon Cloud library. Amazon Cloud Player offers extra flexibility through its Preferences window that lets you manage the downloads or set the maximum stream cache size.
