APE Tag Library Description

Free and open source library for APE Tag APE Tag Library implements an APEv2 tag reader/writer. It aims for standards compliance with the APEv2 tag specification. APEv2 is the tagging format used by Musepack (.mpc), Monday's Audio (.ape), WavPack (.wv), and OptimFROG (.ofr) audio formats, and it can also be used with mp3s as an alternative to ID3v2. The package contains C, Python, Lua, and Erlang libraries for manipulating APEv2 tags.NOTE: APE Tag Library is licensed and distributed under the terms of the MIT License. What's New in This Release: · Allow use of read only flag on tag itself.
