Free and open source advanced I/O library for UNIX systems Many people moving from Windows programming to UNIX program have problems with the missing non-blocking getch() and getche() functions provided by conio.h. The AAIO library provides the functionality of getch(), getche() and kbhit() on Mac OS X, Linux and other UNIX systems.NOTE: AAIO is licensed and distributed under the terms of the Attribution Assurance License. What's New in This Release: · Checks for the header sys/filio.h and includes it if it exists (needed on Solaris). · Also the configure script now supports the --enable-oldstyle to build the old non-ioctl version.
