It inherits all the innovations of GNU polyxmass, as it is a port of that project to a cross-platform development environment. What's New in This Release: · A number of improvements were made in the XpertCalc module. · The multi-character code disambiguation mechanism was fixed in the sequence editor's available codes tool box widget: it's triggered by hitting Ctrl-Enter. · Fragmentation was improved with multiply-charged fragments: when there are multiply-charged fragments, the mass now takes into account the ionization rule that sits in the sequence editor windows's calculation engine configuration. · A bug was fixed in the elemental composition code that would fail when an atom count is negative. · Other numerous fixes were made.
