icq-osd is a licq plugin which provides an On Screen Display on new messages. This is a small licq-plugin, which uses libxosd2 to display new arriving messages as OSD (On Screen Display) text on your desktop. I wrote this, as I saw this feature in sim and wanted to have the same functionality in licq.If you have any problems with this plugin, please take a look at http://licq-osd.sf.net, if there is a newer version available. licq will ship with the newest version available on release (of licq).
