Rheagen Description

Rheology Application Engine Rheagen is a library for solving non-Newtonian fluid problems using the severak fluid model. Currently the library supports: * Stokes model * Powerlaw Stokes model * Grade two model * Oldroyd-B (upper convected Maxwell) In the future, we hope to add functionality to add models and automatically apply standard numerical stabilization techniques.
