Check if you want to modify the few configuration variables in plpastebin.cgi. If you didn't modify the database and lock paths, create a directory named "db".2. Run create_table.pl. Again, if you're not using the default database path, supply the path as an argument.3. Change modes on the directory where the database is so that whatever user is running the httpd has rwx. Same goes for the actual database file. The user must also be able to create the symbolic link used as the lock file.4. Test the script.
