KnujOn is an organization that works to shut down junk mailers by contacting law enforcement, web hosts, credit card fraud investigators, etc.. If you are familiar with BlueFrog (now extinct), this is NOT the same approach, and KnujOn does not offer list-cleaning software to spammers... so you won't see such a dramatic reduction in spam, but you also safer - your address is not exposed in any way.
