Time is one of the most precious things we have. After having spent a number of (unproductive) hours to manually delete spam posts, look for their authors username, email address, IP and then finally add them to the ban list, I decided to write this MOD to let anyone facing the same problem to easily (and quickly) perform this task. Requirements:· phpBBInstallation:* manually: by following the instructions found in the EasyBAN_INSTALL.mod file* automatically: . if not yet installed, install EasyMOD 0.3.0 download EasyMOD at: http://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=21309 to install EasyMOD follow the instructions at its site.After EasyMOD is installed: . unzip contents into: /admin/mods/EasyBAN . login as admin and click on Install MODs in the MOD Center . follow the instructions on the screen
