Put the turbosqlpg.jar into the $NB_HOME/modules directory.2. Put the postgresql driver(pg74jdbc2.jar or appropriate driver) into the $NB_HOME/lib directory(where $NB_HOME is your netbeans installation directory).3. Start the ide.4. Click on the yellow button .5. Click on the turbosql PG tab.6. Fill in the required info.7. Start using turbosql!
