Colour your world with the original fun and functional theme for Firefox 3! avant.garde.10011 is a Firefox theme designed to operate with "ColorfulTabs" by Shivanand Sharma Version 3.7.Developer commentsLike quite a lot of people who customised their Firefox, I got themes like Abstract, Aquatint and Aero Fox... but was never satisfied. Sure, they look professional and work very well, but... there's barely any colour in them. When did colour ever leave our lives?So I made a theme based on the humble spiral, and I wanted it to be colourful and fun, but also inherently functional and practical. There are certainly colourful and fun themes out there, and there are definitely practical themes out there, but never both. Why? Or more to the point, why not?Overall, this is a light blue gradient theme with round, colourful buttons in just about every colour you can name, designed to make our everyday chores on the internet seem less of a drag. Of course, the spiral theme adds an extra fun touch, because they're basically everywhere. I can just about guarantee that you'll never change theme again once you've seen avant.garde.10011!Now, we have version 3.1 - the best incarnation of avant.garde.10011 yet, and part of the new generation of themes. It features a more extensive redesign of the interface graphics, redesigned buttons which have been customised for improved visibility, new less intrusive background graphics, customised menu mouse over graphics, and at last, colourful new scrollbars. There are a total of 8 different avant.garde.10011 colours in the new generation, so you can download them all and switch colours whenever your heart desires, without compromising the inherent functionality of my theme.Unfortunately for non-Firefox 3 users, this theme will not be compatible with your system. Before you ask, no, I will not be making another version for older systems. I can't program to save my life, I am so computer illiterate. Just be happy I made a theme to begin with. Anyway, I have an alternate solution. Get Firefox 3 - I like it, anyway...On a final note (yeah, I know this has been an essay and a half), good on you for taking a look at avant.garde.10011 - I suggest you download to show your support of a truly original theme. Requirements: · Mozilla Firefox What's New in This Release: · Version 3.1 is everything 3.0 really should have been, and fixes all it's problems. The background spirals are no longer annoying - now, they are calming. The metall surrounds for the buttons has been canned - it looked odd on some versions of the theme, and without it, I could make the graphics larger and more visible. · The theme is more complete than ever before because of the new mouse over menu animation, and FINALLY... my own scrollbars. They look lovely, don't they?
