Murreza Description

A GNOME theme powered by the SVN version of the Murrine engine Murreza is a Murrina theme which combines elements from many other themes.Developer commentsThis theme requires the latest Murrine engine code (currently SVN revision 94), the Rezlooks engine, and the nu font from the artiz-fonts package. I will be the first to admit that I have no idea what I am doing, so do not bother reporting any bugs as I will not know how to fix them. This theme is a total hackjob.Basically, I took all the elements I liked from various themes and somehow managed to glue them together. Murreza was modded from MurrinaTango. It borrows the the scrollbars (and a few other elements) from the Murrine Smoothie and Latte theme by SpecKtacle. It uses the Rezlooks engine for the buttons and fonts. Also, the color scheme for the Nocturnal sub-theme is a rip off of MurrinaGilouche. The idea for the color scheme (for both themes) was based on the Rezlooks Cuttooth theme. All credit goes to the original authors. How to install?· Right click on your desktop and select Change Desktop Background· Click on the first tab: Theme· Drag and drop the theme's archive in the Appearance Preferences window.· If everything is OK, you will receive a confirmation message and you can activate the theme just by clicking on it.About GNOME:GNOME is an international effort to build a complete desktop environment—the graphical user interface which sits on top of a computer operating system—entirely from free software. This goal includes creating software development frameworks, selecting application software for the desktop, and working on the programs which manage application launching, file handling, and window and task management.GNOME is part of the GNU Project and can be used with various Unix-like operating systems, most notably Linux, and as part of Java Desktop System in Solaris. The name originally stood for GNU Network Object Model Environment, though this acronym is deprecated. The GNOME project puts heavy emphasis on simplicity, usability, and making things “just work”.
