KnowIt is a KDE tool for managing notes. KnowIt is a tool for managing notes. It is similar to TuxCards, but KDE-based (it requires KDE 3). Notes are organized in tree-like hierarchy.Here are some key features of "KnowIt":Notes management: · notes organized in tree, easily moved using drag&drop· searching in notes· finding notes by title Notes editor: · RichText format· proper display of any language/charset (UTF-8 save format)· different font styles, colours etc.· configurable paragraph alignment· support for unordered lists· subscript and superscript Configurability and usability · last file and note reopened automatically on start· autosave· configurable shortcuts· toolbar· system tray support Export: · printing of current note· HTML exportWhat's New in This Release:· list editing menu commands· improved handling of read-only files· many improvements to export· link copy command· some shortcuts for links added· fixed backup bugs· warning when resource file is missing0.10 will probably be the last one before major rewrite.
