ImgView Description

ImgView is an open source, free, simple and very fast graphical application written in C as an easy-to-use image viewer for UNIX/Linux-based operating systems. The program has no menus and it can be controlled only with the keyboard. It supports various common image types, including PNG, XBM, GIF, PBM/PPM/PGM, JPEG, PCX, and TIFF. In addition, ImgView will also dis­play EXIF information, XMP, as well as any oth­er meta­da­ta supported by the ExifTool program. The application uses various libraries for reading the aforementioned image file formats, so make sure they are installed first (see the requirements section below)
