Crash Report Helper Description

Adds crash signatures to about:crashes and attempts to diagnose add-on crashes In many cases when a user is having problems with crashes they aren't caused by the application itself, but rather an add-on installed for it. The user may not have even installed the problem add-on intentionally.Crash Report Helper is a Firefox extension to help troubleshoot by automatically analyzing a submitted Mozilla crash report and attempting to point out when a plugin or a binary component of an extension is the cause of a crash. The crashing add-on can then be easily disabled and the user can use this information to report the crash to the developers of the add-on. Application crashes or otherwise unidentified crashes can be more easily reported on a support forum or Bugzilla by posting the given crash ID and accompanying crash signature.Crash Report Helper also augments the built in about:crashes page to list all signatures for past crash report submissions to make sorting through a long list of reports much easier. Diagnoses are attempted for each report allowing the user to see a full history of past crashes and their causes.* Compatibility Note: Crash Report Helper requires a build of a Mozilla application with the Breakpad-based Mozilla Crash Reporter. Thus it will not work in Ubuntu's build or any other third-party build without Mozilla's reporter. An official build from Mozilla.com is required.How to Install in Thunderbird:1.
