The difference from other console mp3 players is that it has eye-candy like a spectrum analyzer and two others.Requirements:· libmpeg3 (tested with version 1.5.4)· libmpeg3-dev· FFTW library (tested with version 3.1.2)· fftw3-devInstallation:Type:make installand that's it!Please note that for libmpeg3 version 1.7 one need to uncomment a line in the Makefile.Usage:See 'consolecandy -h' for help.Play around with the '-i' parameter. On a wifi connection (54Mb) I could do 15 frames per second in 173x75 and with 1Mb internet connection 5 frames/s.What's New in This Release:· Improved graphics.· Effect selection has been added.
