CloverGUI is a Graphical User Interface for CloverETL engine. CloverGUI is a Graphical User Interface for CloverETL engine.CloverETL is an Extract Transform Load tool designed for Data collection, Data transformation, Data integration, etc. CloverETL engine is free, licensed under LGPL.The CloverGUI allows its users-developers to create and modify data transformations in graphical format.Such visual design essentially simplifies and streamlines the entire development process.The developer selects from a pallete of existing components and pastes them onto a worksheet. Then he interconnects them into graphical representation of a transformation graph. The graphical representation is then translated by CloverGUI into XML self-documenting code, which is subsequently executed by CloverETL engine. The XML code is platform-independent.The CloverGUI has been developed as an Eclipse framework plugin and is well integrated with other Eclipse functionality.The CloverGUI belongs to a range of tools significantly simplifying operations with data using the CLoverETL engine base. Beside CloverGUI modul a Data Cleanser or Data Profiler modules are also available.The CloverGUI is free for non-commercial use. Requirements: · CloverETL engine version 2.0.x or 2.1.x · Java 1.5 · Eclipse platform version minimum 3.1 (Eclipse 3.2 is recommended) installed with GEF plugin in place · The latest version of GUI is NOT compatible with older Eclipse version 3.0 Limitations: · 3 months trial What's New in This Release: · A new editor for internal CTL (Clover Transformation Language) with syntax highlighting, context assist, and on-the-fly syntax checking. · A new, reworked visual transformation/mapping editor. · The look and feel has been changed with new set of icons. · Overall, more than 100 changes/feature requests were implemented.
