The result is the following download, which contains the Bruzd-Nodoka gtk+ theme and BlendedSmallDoubleRound by ECHM in a single metatheme.It defaults to the GNOME icon theme because I don't know of any icon themes that go well with dark themes and it really isn't that hard to change from the tolerable default GNOME provides.Install it by dragging and dropping into the appearance dialog.About GNOME:GNOME is an international effort to build a complete desktop environment-the graphical user interface which sits on top of a computer operating system-entirely from free software.
